Responsibilities
Support and maintain client environments, including Windows Server, SQL, Mongo, and IIS.
Perform routine system updates, configuration, and patch management to ensure stability, security, and compliance with OEM best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software failures, system recovery, and database issues.
Install, configure, and support key client applications specifically radiation oncology QA software SunCHECK.
Analyze and improve infrastructure performance, focusing on critical pain points and implementing best practices.
Facilitate remote deployments of radiation oncology QA software SunCHECK using tools like Beyond Trust.
Ensure platforms meet compliance and feature enhancement requirements by managing and executing upgrade processes.
Manage, analyze, and update system policies to ensure optimal environment performance.
Review costing and ensure no outliers that are not included in efficient costing model.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Azure, SQL, and IIS)
Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills in on-premises and cloud infrastructures
Proficiency with Rapid7, Active Directory Group Policies, and security protocols
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and remote work skills
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator (AZ-104), MCSE) strongly recommended
ITIL or CompTIA Network+/Security+ certifications are a plus
