Responsibilities
Develop and execute a marketing and sales plan that targets SaaS startups and tech companies in need of UX/UI design services.
Design and implement scalable sales processes, focusing on outbound efforts to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Lead outbound campaigns, nurture relationships with prospects, and close deals to drive revenue.
Position our studio as a leading player in the UX/UI design space, especially for SaaS startups.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities and consistent deal flow.
Leverage your network and industry expertise to establish relationships with key players in the SaaS and tech ecosystem.
Set and track performance goals, ensuring marketing and sales alignment to drive measurable growth.

Required
5+ years in a marketing or sales leadership role, preferably in UX/UI design, SaaS, or tech industries.
Proven experience with outbound sales strategies, pipeline management, and deal closure.
Deep understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and outbound marketing campaigns.
Proven track record of building scalable sales pipelines and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
Strong network and understanding of the California tech ecosystem, particularly in SaaS.
Self-starter mindset with a passion for building something from scratch.
Exceptional ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers.
Based in San Francisco or elsewhere in California.
