Responsibilities

Prepare and review tax provision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Tax Provision preparation/review assist companies with all aspects of their preparation of the tax provision

Assist with tax provision audit for public corporations - ASC 740

Process and controls enhancement

Accounting for income tax

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in large public accounting professional services firms or equivalent experience in business or industry with a broad exposure to federal income taxation

Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation

Strong ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 experience as well as experience in corporate tax planning and compliance

Familiarity with technology - including Microsoft Excel - and tax software programs

Preferred

CPA or other relevant professional certifications
