Responsibilities

Manage development of 3-4 global demand campaign focusing on personas, buyer’s journey mapping, target account selection, offers, and nurture strategies to drive lead conversion and engagement.
Develop and implement comprehensive plans for company-wide campaigns within the digital marketing team
Develop and execute tailored ABX programs that engage specific target segments, driving meaningful interactions and pipeline growth across new and existing customers
Oversee the deployment of integrated campaigns across digital channels ensuring consistent messaging and a cohesive experience for target accounts.
Work closely with the Marketing Ops and Analytics team to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
Provide detailed performance reports and strategic insights to marketing leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations for future campaign strategies.
Provide project management support for the localization of campaign into Japanese, Spanish, German and French.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and address any blockers
Define core KPIs for campaigns and establish a robust measurement plan to track performance
Oversee the entire campaign design process, from inception to completion, ensuring thorough evaluation for risks, quality assurance and comprehensive reporting on performance
Collaborate closely with all marketing teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution

Required

5+ years of experience in cross-functional digital marketing campaign management preferably in SaaS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong agency and vendor management skills
Experience using a project management tool like Monday.com to manage complex projects
Ability to gather data from multiple sources like Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau to deliver comprehensive reporting on complex digital campaigns.
Data gathering and analytical skills to identify, track and develop insights from a variety of marketing programs to provide a comprehensive view on campaign performance
Highly motivated with a high degree of independence, initiative and focus on quality
Works effectively with global teams and demonstrates the ability to engage and lead/influence others with an adaptable style while still achieving business goals and objectives
BA, BS, MBA preferred
