Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to search (SEM), display, email marketing, ABM, social media, paid advertising

Implement email marketing campaigns, including creating and designing emails, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance

A/B testing to optimize email content and increase engagement

Plan, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms

Support implementation and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others, as needed

Coordinate the distribution of digital content, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and other assets, through various channels

Utilize content management systems and marketing automation tools for efficient content distribution

Work closely with the core marketing and sales team, key stakeholders, and other teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all digital channels

Collaborate with the web development team, agencies and partners to optimize websites, landing pages and overall user experience

Required

Bachelors Degree

Minimum 7 years experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Minimum 7 years experience with digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and marketing automation platforms

Minimum 3 years experience managing agency partnerships and vendors

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use and interpret reporting to inform optimization recommendations

Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills with the ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and champion change management; must be able to drive and lead projects

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
