Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with SE Ranking’s growth objectives.
Lead, coach, and inspire a small + growing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
Optimize inbound sales processes to capitalize on high-velocity opportunities, ensuring rapid lead conversion and customer acquisition.
Leverage deep understanding of the SMB market to tailor sales approaches and ensure product-market fit.
Drive predictable and scalable revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of sales strategies.
Establish KPIs and regularly monitor performance to ensure team and individual goals are met or exceeded.
Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring prospects and clients receive exceptional experiences throughout the sales cycle.
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and optimize the buyer journey.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate and grow SE Ranking’s footprint globally.

Required

2+ years in sales leadership roles, with a focus on inbound, high-velocity sales in the SMB segment
Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth in a SaaS or technology environment
Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop diverse teams across multiple geographies
Ability to craft and execute long-term strategies while maintaining focus on day-to-day execution
Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to drive decisions and improve sales performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with evolving priorities

Preferred

Experience managing sales teams and operations across multiple regions is highly desirable
Preference for experience leading teams in Eastern Europe
