Responsibilities

Develop and execute programs supporting our ecosystem aligned to our strategic products and solutions aligned with business objectives driving partner engagement, empowerment for continued growth and innovation, and mutual success.
Define and implement incentives and rewards programs to motivate partners and drive desired behaviors.
Proactively engage with partners to understand their needs and challenges, and develop tailored programs to address them staying in front of competitor approaches focused on supporting our partners differentiation for our mutual customer success.
Focus on key verticals such as Edge and Telco, where partners play a critical role, and ensure programs are aligned with their needs and priorities.
Focus on key solutions to include AI and Integrated Solutions across the ecosystem.
Review and optimize existing partner programs and specializations to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Drive visibility and awareness of partner programs within the organization and among partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and enablement, to develop and package enablement tools and solutions for partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless engine for execution from sales to ops to legal to finance supporting our partner’s support and co-sell and solution builds with SUSE.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of programs and partnerships with a focus on new and value-add partners.
Provide SME / Program expertise in our strategic areas serving as the industry expert working with product, legal, sales ensuring our market opportunity, price competitiveness, and product direction for ecosystem success and scale.
Lead efforts to onboard and enable new partners, with a focus on value-add partners to include ISVs, SIs, Solution Providers, Global Strategic Alliances, and Cloud.
Build and nurture relationships with ecosystem partners and service providers to enhance the value proposition for our partners and customers.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT/CIS, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in global alliance / channel management and partner programs definition, execution, and leadership
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive change quickly and effectively for scale.
Experience working with legacy partners and driving transformation in partner ecosystems supporting our partner transformation while recruiting and empowering emerging partners.
Create a friction-less engine across all programs working cross department in a matrixed organization with ability to influence and gain support for new programs and processes.
Ability to inspire and motivate others, with a passion for building strong relationships and driving results. Embracing Open Source Values in character and leadership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong background with partner enablement, incentive programs, and ecosystem development across various routes (IHV, OEM, ISV, CSP, MSP, GSI, SI, SP, VAR, Disty)
Knowledge of indirect sales models and best practices.
Knowledge and experience building and leading global partner programs.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
