Required
A proven leader with a successful career in senior HR roles or adjacent fields.
Deep understanding of HR challenges and opportunities, particularly in technology-enabled environments.
A strong network of HR professionals, thought leaders, and organisations, with the ability to forge meaningful relationships.
Passion for innovation and technology, with a keen interest in AI and its application within people analytics.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
