Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between IT and global business functions, ensuring that systems and processes effectively support Finance, Supply Chain, and Value Chain.
Collaborate with global and regional business leaders to identify technology needs, prioritize resources, and deliver IT solutions that drive operational excellence and business performance.
Oversee the development, implementation, and management of IT systems related to Finance and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
Ensure that the business applications, such as Salesforce, and Oracle ERPs Netsuite and SMP, are fully in line with business strategies, operational and continuously enhanced to meet evolving needs.
Work closely with Nufarm IT and the Nuseed IT to maximize value, optimize costs and support full adoption of global IT platforms.
Ensure that any new tools identified as a solution for the areas focus are technically assessed for its capabilities cost benefit, fit for the long term vision, allows interface with Nufarm/Nuseed finance system to keep only one version of the truth.
Partner with the Global IT Customer & Innovation Director to ensure IT strategies across R&D, Commercial, and Operations are harmonized and aligned with the overall business strategy.
Engage with key stakeholders to understand regional and functional requirements, ensuring the global IT strategy is responsive to both current and future business needs.
Collaborate with global IT leaders to implement and scale IT initiatives that improve operational efficiency and standardization across regions.
Support the alignment of global business operations with cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance policies.
Ensure the global administration of key systems is consistent, with a focus on closing gaps and aligning with the company’s digital transformation strategy.
Identify and address gaps, bugs, and system inefficiencies; oversee the execution of system updates and enhancements.
Develop and maintain global best practices for system usage, configuration, and training, ensuring a consistent user experience across all regions.
Oversee training programs and change management efforts to support global implementation and adoption of IT systems and processes.
Lead the allocation of IT resources and skills, ensuring effective support for global operational initiatives.
Manage budgets related to IT operational systems and infrastructure, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
Drive the adoption of data-driven insights to improve business decision-making, focusing on master data quality, governance, and data pipelines related to seeds business operations. Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to develop deep domain knowledge of the business strategy, processes, and growth ambitions for the organizational functions they represent.
Ability to be proactive and forward-thinking regarding changes in the external environment and organizational needs to ensure alignment of current and future digital capabilities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure delivery of meaningful results from strategic digital initiatives. Ensure stakeholder resources are actively engaged in all stages of design, development, implementation, adoption of digital capabilities.
Develop clear metrics for value creation for the business. Ensure successful adoption and value creation for the stakeholder organization from digital capabilities.
Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders globally at all levels of the organization.
Continually improve the value framework to drive organizational awareness and education.
Advocate as a champion of change for your stakeholder's strategic plans.
Lead Business Analysts aligned with functional focus areas. Lead by example and modeling desired behaviors, such as transparency, accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of learning and growth, encouraging partners and team to share their ideas and feedback, and working to incorporate these insights into the business's strategy and operations.
Continuously focus on developing and refining people leadership and influential leadership skills and practices, through training, mentoring, and ongoing feedback, and reflection with direct reports.
Champion a culture of shared ownership and constant organizational evolution.
Collaborate with Nufarm/Nuseed IT organization to develop and continuously improve the rigor and discipline of needs analysis, prioritization, change management, capability adoption etc.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or the area of organizational focus
10+ years of work experience
Proven ability to lead people both administratively and influentially
Proven experience leading projects of increasing complexity with global stakeholders
Strong organizational skills
Ability to partner across teams and create win-win outcomes
Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of the organization
Ability to develop strong relationships with key internal/external customers
Ability to influence and gain the support of key stakeholders across the organization
Preferred
Experience in Agriculture and/or Seed Industry
