Responsibilities
Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design-win´s and increase account penetration;
Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customers;
Research and develop new customers and new business segments;
Develop account strategy and execute business plan;
Effectively handle of customers' issue;
Meet sales budget (booking/Billing);
Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team;
Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives;
Hold business review with customers and distribution Channel;
Amount of travel will vary based on where candidate resides.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in technical
Effective communication, presentation, organizational and negotiation skills
Good communication as well as presentation skills
Fluent English and very good German skills
Experience with Automotive Customers
Entry Experience in Semiconductors Industry desirable
Knowledge of Budgeting/Driving sales/Solution oriented
Understanding of the semiconductor industry market forces and dynamics
Ability to converse with sales and marketing managers about basic business issues
Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at one time
Excellent flexibility, motivation, and networking
