Responsibilities

Partner with key stakeholders across the business to support global learning initiatives and technical training programs.

Solidify global learning approach, institute learning governance, and consult and influence the organization for effective learning delivery.

Consult with various functions to assess learning needs, create playbooks, and align learning initiatives with business needs.

Develop best practice toolkit, manage vendor agreements, and oversee the learning management system.

Provide oversight in managing critical LMS functionality at the global level and ensure compliance to system governance and standards.

Required

BS degree in HR or related field.

5 years’ experience as a Training Specialist or leading training programs

Demonstrated project management skills

Must have direct experience with designing, implementing and managing large-scale learning initiatives

Must have direct experience with Learning Management Systems

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Exceptional written and oral communications skills

Experience with developing and deploying learning in a global environment

Preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and programs simultaneously with cross functional stakeholders

Confidence communicating and influencing across all levels, and coordinating with numerous departments

Familiarity with adult learning principles and other teaching methods to engage adult learners across multiple platforms

Operate strategically; develop innovating learning solutions that are forward thinking

Comfortable with data analytics

Familiar with Course Authoring Software (Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Captivate)

Ability to resolve problems and issues independently and in partnership with stakeholders

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, changing, and challenging environment

Self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
