Responsibilities
Drive global Quality reporting, KPI and dashboard definition and reporting
Drive creation of Management Review Presentation with Global QMS Audit Manager
Complete data interpretation for All Quality System Data, Drive global data mining.
Define and drive improvement plans through the organization
Drive Problem solving methodologies and preventive actions in the organization, KPI performance, training, coaching and process compliance.
Develop and assist in the development of Global QMS processes, Own and drive procedure and methodology definition, ensure deployment and adherence.
Ensure Adequacy of Change Control Processes
Provide Quality engineering support to the organization ensuring consistent application of quality techniques such as Capability, tolerancing, and materials related issues. Process stability and capability studies. Advanced Product Quality Planning activities. Control Plans and FMEA's. Statistical techniques. Measurement System Analysis tools.
Effectively communicate and reinforce commitment to quality improvement efforts

Required
7+ years of Quality Engineering experience
Experience in defining and deploying Global Quality and Manufacturing Processes
Experience managing a certified quality management system
Experienced in various quality techniques such as problem resolution methodologies, Statistical techniques, Measurement System Analysis tools, Control Plans and FMEA's, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), PPAP, gage R&R, Risk Management
Internal Quality Auditor Project management experience
Document and Change Control Processes
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline
Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement in an engineering and manufacturing environment
Formal training and previous experience as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 system
Preferred
Certified Quality Engineer desired
