Responsibilities

Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements

Defining the product vision including market analysis, sales tracking, pricing strategies, packaging and positioning.

Working closely with manufacturing, sales, marketing, regulatory, project management office, accounting and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

New product development and ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Required

A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

Two to Three year’s professional sales or marketing experience in agriculture or an industry related field

A working knowledge of the animal health business including a background in biosecurity products including cleaners, disinfectants and/or water treatment

Exceptional organizational skills, project management and product development background

The ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the Company
