Responsibilities

Support the state's global talent strategy.

Conduct ongoing research efforts to determine how the state can best support businesses that are hiring global talent.

Help develop recruitment strategies for immigrants already in the United States.

Administer a grant program that promotes workforce participation and community acclimation for New Americans and foreign-born workers.

Identify new and emerging funding opportunities.

Provide technical assistance to employers, worksites, and community organizations to support North Dakota's Office of Legal Immigration efforts.

Required

Minimum of an associate degree with six (6) years of similar or related experience OR a bachelor's degree with four (4) years of similar or related experience.
