Responsibilities

Talent Development Strategy: Develop and execute global talent development strategies aligned with organizational objectives and future workforce needs.
Leadership Development: Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership programs to build a strong pipeline of leaders at all levels.
Learning Programs: Create and manage innovative learning solutions, including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and mentoring programs.
Performance Management: Oversee global performance management processes, ensuring alignment with individual and business goals.
Diversity and Inclusion: Incorporate inclusive practices and frameworks into all talent development initiatives.
Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to measure and enhance employee engagement globally.
Collaboration: Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and external vendors to implement scalable solutions.
Data and Metrics: Analyze talent data to measure the effectiveness of development programs and identify areas for improvement.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development, preferably in a global or regional capacity.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering leadership and professional development programs.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decisions.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity to effectively work across global teams.

Preferred

Certified coach and experience coaching leaders and teams.
Certification in leadership development tools or methodologies (e.g., DISC, MBTI, Hogan).
Experience with digital transformation in learning.
Knowledge of Agile principles and their application in talent development.
