Responsibilities
Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs of the business and roles to be filled, both proactively and reactively.
Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions, including coaching hiring managers on appropriate verbiage and effective sourcing.
Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
Drafts, posts, and proactively monitors job ad postings on LinkedIn and other sites.
Builds collaborative and effective relationships with external recruiting agencies; provides ongoing feedback; negotiates terms; vets for quality recruiting.
Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through various pre-screening mechanisms and interviews; coordinates interviews with hiring managers.
Assists HR team in managing full employee life cycle from recruiting and onboarding through offboarding; provides suggestions and feedback for improvement and implements employee engagement strategies proactively.
Strategizes with HR Director and executive leadership team on various topics that impact the overall talent within the organization, including, but not limited to: salary benchmarking, global compensation, pay equity, DEI&B, turnover analysis, employee retention, talent acquisition tactics, employee perks, culture, company mission, vision, values, and goals, etc.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively build relationships with all levels of employees.
Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills. Interest in utilizing progressive technology resources (such as artificial intelligence) to streamline recruiting process.
Master of LinkedIn Recruiter; proven ability to continually adapt to new automations and AI-driven technology within LinkedIn and other platforms.
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Self-starter, highly motivated, and creative 'out of the box' thinking that can be applied strategically to fill critical and unique roles across multiple locations/countries.
Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field required.
Minimum of 5 years of related recruiting experience required, with at least 3 years’ experience working with complex technical roles or within a tech startup environment required.
Minimum of 2 years working with global workforce required.
Preferred
Startup or rapid growth environment experience strongly preferred.
Strong experience working with various HRIS and ATS platforms.
HR or TA certification or specialty courses preferred.
