Responsibilities

Lead, build and manage our CRM strategy using GO HIGH LEVEL Software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive customer engagement and retention.
Build, Analyze and manage customer data to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer experience.
Work closely with the development team to integrate CRM solutions within several departments.

Required

Proven experience (5+ years) in building CRM strategies with GO HIGH LEVEL CRM software
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adapt social media strategies
Fluency in English is essential
Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital education, or entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on GO HIGH LEVEL CRM software
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Entrepreneurship Knowledge: Deep understanding of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, challenges faced by startups, and the educational needs of aspiring entrepreneurs.
You are a passionate and responsible person, flexible, and result driven.

Preferred

Fluent in English and proficient in in a second language is preferred such as Spanish and or Portuguese.
Fintech Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech products and their role in supporting entrepreneurs is a plus.
Strategic & Growth Mindset: Ability to think strategically and identify new strategies to build the best GO HIGH LEVEL Customer Relationship Management setup.
