Responsibilities
Create compelling content across multiple formats including thought leadership articles, webinar scripts, speaking sessions, email campaigns, testimonials, case studies, and video narratives that align with our strategic objectives
Develop and execute internal communications strategies that drive engagement, foster alignment, and effectively cascade key messages across the Commercial Bank organization
Demonstrate deep understanding of client personas, translating complex financial concepts into engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences and showcase real business value
Partner closely with Product and Sales teams to identify business opportunities, understand market needs, and create high-impact content that supports revenue generation while maintaining consistent brand voice
Drive strategic messaging development and content creation that strengthens KeyBank's market position and supports business growth initiatives
Quickly analyze project requirements, audience needs, and strategic goals to deliver polished, on-target content that requires minimal revision and meets business objectives

Required
4-5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, with expertise in financial services, technology, or business-focused content creation
Demonstrated application of integrated marketing principles and marketing campaign execution
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field
Demonstrated ability to independently research industry trends, market dynamics and translate complex financial and technical concepts into compelling narratives and content, that engage target audiences
Expert command of English language with exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities across multiple content formats, including thought leadership, case studies, and digital marketing materials
Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices to create content that drives engagement
Experience in developing comprehensive content campaigns that align with business objectives and support sales enablement
Portfolio demonstrating diverse B2B content writing experience required, with emphasis on financial services and technology sectors
Advanced project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales organizations
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high editorial standards
