Responsibilities

Partnering with Recruitment and the Hiring Team to fully & quickly, understand talent needs and requirements
Layered conversations with candidates on their background, career goals, and skill set
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
Create a "buzz" in the talent market by networking through industry-related groups, and specialty job boards– get creative- always be sourcing
Perform market research to understand where diverse, external talent pools exist and work to execute diversity-sourcing initiatives to tap into those talent pools
Keep detailed records and information on sourced talent
Thrive on discovering hidden talent and the ability to drive results quickly

Required

Extensive experience in sourcing and pre-screening candidates
Maintaining a healthy pipeline
Demonstrating proven metrics to support their success
Strong background in collaborating with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to build teams
Familiarity with sourcing and hiring for niche technical roles to effectively assess candidate qualifications
Source and attract top technical talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques
Tell a compelling brand story to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, both short and long term and develop effective recruitment strategies
Ability to quickly get up to speed and hit the ground running with a heavy workload and proven experience doing so
Previous ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred)
