Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our GTM systems architecture.
Manage and optimize the integration of systems like: Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, ChiliPiper, FiveTran, Tableau, and other platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective use of systems in achieving business objectives.
Lead the execution of system configurations, data migrations, and integrations.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide technical support and training to team members on system functionalities and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our GTM systems remain cutting-edge.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing GTM systems and platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, ChiliPiper, FiveTran, Tableau, etc.
Strong understanding of system architecture and integration strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
