Responsibilities
Organizes and updates documentation for transactional and corporate government contracts matters including purchase agreements, diligence requests, memoranda, employee/revenue count, and ownership information.
Assists with System for Award Management (SAM) updates such as ownership updates and small business re-certification.
Monitors and tracks Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, status, and deliverables across multiple regulatory practice groups in addition to Government Contracts (e.g., Aviation, and International Trade).
Assists attorneys with preparing initial drafts of routine novation, change of name, and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) change condition documents.
Support Crowell’s Facility Security Officer (“FSO”) as necessary.
Assists attorneys with all other aspects of government contracts laws and regulation.
Under the direction of attorneys, interacts regularly with clients, vendors, and government agency employees.
Monitors developments in related laws and government regulations.
Analyzes, identifies, monitors, and conducts regular internal records management and administrative document archiving reviews and evaluations.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
Intermediate knowledge of MS suite to produce quality written communications such as memos, spreadsheets, slides, and standard work documents
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel to independently produce complex reports
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a productive and committed work effort while meeting deadlines and managing workload
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others in a cooperative, enthusiastic, and friendly manner to accomplish position functions and participate in team efforts
Preferred
At least one year of experience with familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements
