Responsibilities
Coordinating, organizing, and leading design teams for projects of varying size and complexity
Planning, scheduling, and directing the development of interior project requirements
Developing documents for conformance with design concepts and construction administrative activities
Performing specific project interior design and space planning
Managing development tasks such as drawings, cost estimates, and FF&E specifications
Reading, responding, and developing FF&E bids and responses
Working closely with Government Account Managers and Project Managers to ensure stellar service to clients

Required
Systems furniture, space planning or interior design experience
Experience with government projects/contracts is a plus
AutoCAD, CET or Revit
Preferred
LEED or NCIDQ Certification is a plus
