Responsibilities

Collaborating with facilitators to elevate training material to ensure they are relevant, impactful and engaging.

Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and expand content based on feedback and the evolving need of the team.

Partnering with stakeholders to develop new training resources and tools as needed.

Actively soliciting feedback from new hires to ensure the effectiveness of the program and identify areas for enhancement.

Analyzing insights to fine-tune training topics, pacing, and focus areas, ensuring a tailored and impactful onboarding experience.

Required

18 years or older

Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Currently enrolled in an MBA program for an MBA internship OR a Master’s program for a Master’s internship OR a PharmD program for a PharmD internship OR Ph.D. for a PhD internship from an accredited college or university and completion of the first year of MBA OR Master’s OR Pharm D OR Ph.D. program before the internship starts

Enrolled in an accredited college or university following the potential internship or co-op assignment

Must not be employed at the time the internship starts

Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship/co-op

Preferred

Pursuing a degree in PharmD or PhD

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Enthusiastic, proactive, and a willingness to learn

Adaptability in navigating and effectively responding to ambiguity and evolving circumstances and priorities

Basic understanding of project management concepts is a plus
