Responsibilities

Research potential grant opportunities

Seek a meeting or informational call

Research regional data for grant drafting

Tracking all Grants and Reporting

Put together strategy for grants with input from Development team

Accurate, complete, and timely grant submissions and reporting

Building and maintaining relationships with funders

Strategize on written content that will help secure funding

Write compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and grant reports that effectively communicate the organization's mission, programs, and impact

Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information and data for grant proposals

Ensure that all grant applications are submitted on time and meet the requirements of the funding organization

Copy, edit, cultivation emails and other correspondence with donors to ensure professionalism and clarity in communication

Regularly interact with funders to build and cultivate relationships

Draft and complete update reports and supporting documentation

Ensure BT adheres to grant agreement and expectations
