Responsibilities
Provide technical support, resolve issues, optimizing services and ensuring the availability, performance & application
Serve as the subject matter expert
Guide the creation of innovative solutions on time and within cost objectives and provide technical leadership and third level operational support
Ensure Service Operations, Knowledge Management, Continuous Improvement, Service Level & Availability Management are operationalized across the team

Required
3-5 years industry/consulting hands on work in SAP Funds Management/Grant Management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated experience in blueprint and build activities for the integration of legacy systems into a brownfield
SAP environment Having good integration knowledge with SAP PSCD/PR/APGL module
Knowledge of SAP APGL/Procurement/Collections/Disbursements
Recent successes in multi-faceted, fast paced project delivery roles
Excellent Consulting and Customer facing skills
Experience working within an offshore and onshore delivery model
Grants Management (GM)
SAP FM (Funds Management)
Supporting
Preferred
Exposure to or experience with Support projects
FI/CO certifications
Prior experience working for a Government Agency
Understanding of HANA Views/Reports
Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
Needs to be a strong addition to working teams
Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving
