Responsibilities
Agreed upon work plan and timeline for completion of the consultancy and decision-making benchmarks.
A sample of the first 3-10 pages of designed and formatted material (depending on resource) for review and approval before subsequent work is undertaken.
First draft of the graphic design of each resource for review by Plan.
Final resource layout incorporating Plan feedback of each resource.

Required
Demonstrated experience with graphic design of guidance documents, toolkits, and PowerPoints.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Strong organizational and work prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Proven ability to solve problems independently without direct supervision.
Patient, adaptable, flexible, able to improvise and remain responsive under pressure.
