Responsibilities
Designs and produces various printed materials such as brochures, flyers, ads, business cards, signage, etc.
Designs and produces digital material such as emails, company website content, social media posts, etc.
Manages projects from idea to implementation using timelines, to do lists, and appropriate follow up
Enhances images by color correcting and resizing of photographs
Brainstorms and translate strategic direction from the Creative and Marketing team to produce high-quality designs within an established brand identity
Obtains price quotes from external vendors for materials, printing etc.
Edits and proofs copy and item information on projects
Engages in research by reviewing trade publications, websites, and competitor material to remain at the forefront of emerging design trends and tools in the market
Consistently produce a high volume of quality work while meeting approval deadline; presenting creative work to the team for feedback
Ensures the FOH® assets management platform is continuously updated with current designs, images, logos, and other assets for brand consistency throughout the entire organization
Assists with off-site and in-studio photo shoots, product photography as needed
Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
Actively participates in all one-on-one and group meetings
Performs other duties assigned

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
Minimum 4+ years' experience in graphic design or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Familiar with project management software
Receptive to the creative process while enthusiastically receiving feedback
Presentation and public speaking skills
Follows direction and works under pressure to meet deadlines
