Responsibilities
Design and edit UGC-style videos for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Create visually engaging graphics and digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Optimize video content for platform-specific performance and audience reach.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UGC and social media content.

Required
Proven track record of at least 3 years in graphic design, with a focus on creating assets for paid marketing channels.
Extensive portfolio showcasing strong proficiency in creating visually compelling designs for social media ads and display ads.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, particularly in paid social media advertising.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and requirements.
Preferred
Experience in video editing, animating ads, including proficiency in After Effects and/or Premiere, is a plus for this role.
Experience in the healthcare or telehealth industry is a plus but not required.
