Responsibilities
Visual Content Creation – Design engaging visuals for social media, e-commerce, digital ads, and marketing materials across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, and more.
Brand Consistency – Ensure all design assets align with brand guidelines, delivering high-quality, cohesive visuals.
E-commerce Design – Create optimized product images, banners, and listings for e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Lowe’s, and Home Depot.
Collaboration & Project Management – Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand audience needs, and manage design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and effective design solutions.
Quality Assurance – Review and refine designs to maintain accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of graphic design experience, including e-commerce and social media.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Solid understanding of user experience, design trends, and responsive design.
Experience with e-commerce design and optimizing visuals for online platforms.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Must be willing to travel occasionally within the US or abroad.
Preferred
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
Extremely organized and able to keep track of multiple projects using project management software.
Creative, collaborative and team-minded.
Experience working with complex, matrixed and process-oriented teams.
Experience creating and upholding process for their function.
Intrapreneurial, strategic thinker.
Able to work successfully on an independent basis in a remote setting.
Attention to detail and drive for results.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
