Responsibilities
Coordinates all administrative aspects of production, including preparing final designs, checking color and text format, and scaling images for print production.
Prepares layouts, designs, and formats for publications and exhibition designs.
Designs artwork such as graphs, maps, charts, posters, and report covers.
Organizes copy flow and maintains a database of all references used in materials.
May manage budget, track project expenditures, and assist in budget development.
Coordinates with vendors, handles copyright processes, and provides design information to faculty, students, and staff.

Required
Experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Knowledge of printing processes and specifications
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in exhibition display design
Experience in publication design
Experience in scholarly work and professional journal design
Budget management experience
Experience in coordinating with vendors
Knowledge of copyright and permission processes
