Responsibilities

Responsible for creating, maintaining, and communicating corporate brand standards.

Assist in implementing brand standards across all MMA Southwest regional entities.

Conceptualize, design, and produce various marketing collateral.

Lead the creation and production of graphic design materials for advertisements, marketing collateral, events, presentations, digital projects, and internal communications.

Manage all aspects of print production and ordering, as well as relationships with print vendors.

Required

BA/BS degree in graphic design, visual communications, or marketing is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, composition, color theory and typography is required. Corporate graphic design and brand guideline experience is preferred.

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, Word, HTML capabilities.

Must provide a creative portfolio or examples of relevant brand design work.

Experience in effectively utilizing a collaborative project management system.

Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications with the ability to operate standard office equipment.

Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in oral and written form.

Demonstrated ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range timelines according to department priorities.

Strong portfolio of individual and collaborative work.

Strong customer service skills, positive attitude and ability to work well with clients and internal teams.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines. Self-motivated and quality oriented.

Ability to function under multiple deadlines to achieve individual and department goals.
