Responsibilities

Design and Create: Develop high-quality graphics, including but not limited to, advertisements, brochures, infographics, social media posts, email newsletters, and website visuals.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and individual Loan Officers to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

At least 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry, or in a corporate or agency setting

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly

Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
