Responsibilities
Create engaging designs for social media and email marketing assets in alignment with brand standards.
Assist in developing and maintaining the visual design of the company website.
Manage and design visuals for the online store to ensure consistency and user-friendliness.
Collaborate with the global content marketing team to create culturally appropriate designs for diverse audiences.
Work with the creative team on brand initiatives and provide design assistance.
Handle design projects from concept to final deliverable across all platforms.
Collaborate with various teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Maintain and organize creative assets for easy access.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor designs.
Manage stakeholder communication and feedback process for design projects.

Required
A track record and portfolio in graphic design.
Knowledge of fundamental design principles and practices as normally acquired through – at minimum - a bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the areas of graphics, art, advertising, HTML, UI/UX concepts, art history, mediums, and digital graphic design preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other similar design software.
Ability to think beyond traditional design concepts and generate design ideas that inspire and captivate consumers and satisfy the requirements of the field.
Computer literacy in a Windows environment with a desire to leverage technology to find solutions. High level of Microsoft Office competency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work within a diverse team with varying levels of experience to produce the highest quality creative materials.
Ability to self-manage while executing complex deadline-oriented projects. Solid project management skills and organization skills needed. Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills required.
Understand the principles of public relations and outreach programs to build a larger community that will empower the New U Life brand.
Preferred
A knowledge of social media marketing management software platforms, photography, videography, and graphic design platforms, such as software consistent with Adobe Suite.
Knowledge of web development principles in HTML, CSS, CAD, and Wireframes.
