Responsibilities
Design high-quality graphics for various digital and print materials, including social media, flyers, brochures, posters, and more.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.
Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to bring creative concepts and campaigns to life.
Design graphics for social media campaigns, email newsletters, and website content.
Work on materials for community outreach events, school partnerships, and student workshops.
Create custom infographics, educational materials, and resources for tutors and students.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Outreach, and Academic departments, to support various projects.
Actively contribute creative ideas and collaborate on brainstorming sessions to drive impactful visual storytelling.
Support the content and communications team to ensure visuals align with messaging and strategic goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Use project management tools to communicate progress, collaborate with team members, and ensure timely delivery.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2-3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an educational, non-profit, or community-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
Experience creating digital and print materials, social media graphics, and promotional content.
Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail, typography, and layout.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt your design style to different audiences and objectives.
A passion for working in an educational environment and contributing to initiatives that support student success.
