Responsibilities
Create compelling designs for marketing campaigns, including digital and print collateral, social media assets, email templates, and advertisements.
Design eye-catching materials for industry events and trade shows, such as booth graphics, banners, signage, and promotional items.
Design graphics and visuals for the company website, ensuring alignment with brand standards and user experience best practices.
Support the creation of digital assets, including infographics, product highlights, and animations, to enhance content marketing efforts.
Develop visually engaging sales tools, such as presentations, one-pagers, datasheets, and case studies, to support the sales team in engaging with prospects and customers.
Collaborate with product marketing to create product-specific collateral that highlights key features and benefits.
Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines while exploring opportunities to evolve the visual identity as needed.
Serve as a brand ambassador by maintaining visual consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product design, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality work on time.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and improve outcomes.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring strong delivery and attention to detail.

Required
At least 3 years of in-house graphic design experience for B2B or technology-focused brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing and sales collateral.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Figma or Sketch.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to apply and adapt brand guidelines to diverse projects while maintaining visual consistency.
Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
A meticulous approach to design, ensuring polished and professional outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred
Experience in designing for the defense tech, aerospace, or government industries is a plus.
Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus.
Experience designing for marketing campaigns or lead-generation-focused projects.
