Responsibilities
Builds and/or designs production ready files - including, but not limited to ads, collateral, email, digital banners, social posts - in partnership with cross-functional project team, to deliver multiple moderate size high-volume personalized and general audience content and campaigns across multiple, diverse audiences - client, investor, branch and home office associates.
Consults, collaborates, and solve problems independently, or with cross-functional teams, to advise what’s achievable within the complexity of content requirements and various guidelines - compliance, brand and design - throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Supports and/or leads the management of complex compliance mandatories across various internal and vendor systems, media and regulatory needs.
Anticipates, consults and/or leads solutions to ensure design and brand guidelines are achievable within the limitations of various content management systems and content specifications.
Supports and/or leads quality assurance efforts to maintain and champion technical requirements, compliance, ADA, brand and graphic standards across content & campaign.
Aligns designs and solutions to the business objectives, strategies, audience(s), brand, messaging, and technology needed to achieve a goal.
Manages, supports and/or trains vendors and contractors on our design, compliance, technical requirements/guideline to ensure we receive quality, production ready content and files.
Keeps the project team updated and ensures critical information is shared via project management technologies and other channels communicate across multiple projects.
Uses research to inform design and visual approach.
Assist in press checks to check color, alignment and approve for printing.
Creates working relationships with key stakeholders, matrix project teams and partners both inside and outside the company.

Required
5+ years of experience with a well-rounded portfolio displaying a strong sense of design principles and original art direction on small to moderately complex campaigns
Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communication, or related field
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Some coding experience to support media like interactive PDFs, digital display ads.
Ability to design in accordance with brand, design, ADA and compliance guidelines.
A strong understanding of basic design principles
High level of attention to detail and organization
Technical and specification acumen to deliver content to spec across marketing channels, content and campaigns
Can perform in waterfall and agile project management environments
Effective interpersonal and communication skills; successfully communicates with project team, multiple business areas, divisions, and outside vendors.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize, manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
