Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing materials including digital advertising, keyart and thumbnails, printed materials ( branded merch, posters, etc), social media content, creative elements for video, etc

Collaborate with the marketing team to craft visual elements for digital and print media.

Develop creative ideas, present content strategies, and keep up-to-date with the latest games, visual/audio trends, memes, & cultural phenomena while integrating them into our content strategy.

Utilize Adobe Suit and 3D Software to design marketing assets for online campaigns.

Ensure consistency in the company’s branding across all visual outputs.

Provide creative input on marketing campaigns and product promotions.

Work with external printers and vendors to ensure quality in all printed materials.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, particularly within a marketing or advertising setting.

Highly proficient with graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator, etc) Blender, and similar softwares.

Strong Portfolio Showcasing Creative Design Skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Proven expertise working within web series, vertical series, and mobisode production, with the ability to link to specific IPs.

Must have thorough understanding and appreciation for short-form romantic dramas and made-for-mobile digital content.

Portfolio linking to social media channels and accounts grown with sole-produced content and engagement methods. Please ensure varied examples of posts and reels are included so we can assess style compatibility with our brands.

Extensive understanding of the #booktok, #bookstagram, and #booktok markets.
