Responsibilities

Concept, layout, and produce 360 campaigns and multimedia projects including digital, paid media, print ads, and OOH.

Ideate for graphics, images, and photos for campaigns and projects.

Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include campaign conceptualization, digital and print, collateral, digital display, presentations, internal communications, and social media.

Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

Develop concepts and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.

Maintain brand standards by working within guidelines.

Required

3-5 years of art direction and design experience stemming from ad agency or in-house creative department.

Exceptional design and conceptual skills; strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience concepting, designing, and executing for integrated campaigns as well as digital and print projects.

Technically and organizationally sound at building and delivering assets.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Portfolio of work that showcases digital, print, and integrated campaign samples with a modern and minimalistic look and feel.

Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment; ability to adapt to changing priorities.

This is a temp-to-perm position and operates hybrid if located in the Tampa Bay area or can be remote if you are in the states of Texas, Ohio, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Florida or Kentucky.

If working remote, availability to work EST business hours for meetings, deadlines, touchpoints, etc.
