Responsibilities
Lead design initiatives focused on enhancing customer retention, while also supporting broader marketing efforts.
Serve as the primary design lead for the Ecommerce department, creating impactful visuals that resonate with our target audiences and communicate our brand’s unique value proposition.
Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery for all projects.
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to identify retention opportunities and translate them into effective design solutions.
Develop and deliver innovative design solutions across various formats, including digital and print, that support both retention and acquisition strategies.
Ensure a cohesive look and feel across all brand touchpoints, maintaining high standards of visual communication.
Participate in meetings and presentations, offering design insights that align with our marketing goals.
Be adaptable to take on various design projects outside of Ecommerce, contributing to the overall creative vision of Tonies US.

Required
8+ years of graphic design experience in ecommerce, marketing, or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, After Effects).
Experience with email design best practices and creating high-impact retention campaigns.
A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual and technical design skills across diverse digital deliverables, including email, SMS, and websites.
Proven ability to create compelling visuals that enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Experience collaborating with vendors for illustration and motion graphics production.
Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, capable of anticipating needs and providing creative solutions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship in all design outputs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment with shifting priorities.
Up-to-date with trends in digital design and retention marketing, particularly within the toy industry.
Must be available to work 9-5 pm EST, plus flexibility for international meeting 1-2 times per week.
Preferred
Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
