Responsibilities
Design and create high-performing image ads tailored for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Taboola, Outbrain, LiveIntent, and more.
Utilize Swipe Pages to build conversion-focused landing pages optimized for native advertising campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the media buying team to understand current ad performance and adapt designs to maximize conversions.
Develop fresh, innovative visual concepts and test a variety of creative angles to improve ad performance.
Ensure brand consistency across diverse media formats and platforms.
Maintain a well-organized archive of design assets for streamlined future use.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Required
Proficiency in Swipe Pages and experience creating high-impact landing pages.
Familiarity with native advertising platforms and best practices for image ads on Taboola, Outbrain, and similar networks.
Familiarity with social platforms and best practices for image ads on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and similar platforms.
Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to continuously innovate and improve ad concepts.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI design tools for crafting pixel-perfect designs.
An understanding of conversion-focused design principles and what drives user engagement.
Strong copywriting skills for crafting compelling ad headlines and CTAs.
Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and incorporating feedback effectively.
Ability to evaluate campaign data and metrics to refine creative strategies for better performance. Must be experienced in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
