Required

Online portfolio of work is REQUIRED.

Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Able to effectively communicate and ensure the visual design represents the desired message within brand guidelines

Strong time management skills and ability to be self-directed as needed, while following the Creative Studio SOPs

BA/BS in Visual Arts/Design or equivalent

3+ years of relevant experience with visual design and digital environments

Strong portfolio with engaging, diverse designs in the digital space, demonstrating a passion for design and attention to detail

A deep understanding of information architecture, hierarchy, and layout

Motivated, organized, and accountable for their work and that of the team

An eagerness to collaborate across disciplines with team members at all levels

Preferred

Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Workfront a plus
