Responsibilities
Assist in the development of creative design solutions from conception to delivery. These creations will find their way into a wide range of channels, including web, social media, display campaigns, (our proprietary streaming service), and more
Collaborate with partners, internal stakeholders, and outside vendors and agencies
Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects
Develop and maintain style guides and other necessary documentation for enabling other designers and teams
Pitch work to leadership and execs
Liaise with marketing, program management, and other creative team members to ensure deadlines are met

Required
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe
Strong organizational skills
Digital Design
User experience principles

Experience with WordPress
Familiarity with Slack
Experience pitching work to executives
