Responsibilities

Create shop renderings for seasonal/monthly needs, proposals, and special presentations.

Assist in creating seasonal templates and a library of images.

Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure quality in print and 3D deliverables.

Maintain well-organized catalog of files and project assets.

Liaise with internal cross-functional teams to develop concepts and creative strategies.

Construct conceptual renders for print and 3D projects and present in high-level reviews.

Attend production meetings to maintain timelines for graphics and 3D deliverables.

Demonstrate strong graphic design skills with attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.

Adapt and pivot priorities based on business needs.

Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and professionalism in all communications.

Required

Proficiency in graphic design, illustration, and conceptual rendering skills.

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and SketchUp.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with internal cross-functional teams, external vendors, and corporate stakeholders.

Strong organizational abilities to manage project assets, digital files, and maintain a well-organized catalog of all materials.

High taste level and attention to detail in graphic design, ensuring adherence to brand standards and specifications.

Ability to work autonomously, prioritize workload effectively, and adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrates creativity and effective problem-solving skills in developing conceptual renders and presenting them at high-level reviews.

Familiarity with retail or experiential environments, and preferably experience in visual retail, interior design, or architectural design.

Maintains professionalism in all communications and interactions representing Macy’s, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.

Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, interpreting others’ visions and integrating feedback from supervisors and peers.

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.

Preferred

Familiarity with other 3D rendering software like Solidworks, Rhino, 3D Inscape, or Twinmotion is beneficial.

Able to travel occasionally.
