Responsibilities

Analyze strategic or operational tasks, in assigned functional area.
Gather, analyze, and evaluate relevant data to provide comprehensive reports and decision memos that support Grid Software’s continued success.
Create presentations, reports, statistical charts, and briefings and communicate results to various internal and/or external stakeholders (e.g. management, customers).
Assist in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
Work is routine and procedure based but changing priorities or differing situations are encountered on a regular basis. Thinking is focused on analyzing, evaluating, prioritizing, and solving operational issues and incidents or on optimizing tools used in processes.

Required

Current junior or senior undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or graduate student with at least two years remaining in their program. Candidates must not be graduating prior to September 2025.
Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Ability to work 40 hours a week throughout the duration of the summer internship and holiday breaks while working a minimum of 20 hours per week during school session.
Work will be done remotely and not bound to a Siemens office. Requires a home office setting with broadband internet access.

Preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with multinational and diverse groups and demonstrate leadership skills.
Self-starter with good time management skills and the capacity to effectively prioritize a variety of concurrent activities.
