Responsibilities
Revenue Responsibility: Responsible for growing the net interest income and fee income for the team.
Risk Management: Responsible for credit quality, identifying trends, and overseeing negotiations for transactions.
Staff Development: Train and coach the team, provide support for relationship managers' development, and build bench strength.
Sales Management: Manage the sales process within the team.
Represent the Bank in civic and community activities.
Exercise managerial authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations.
Provide oversight of negotiations for transactions, structure and approve loans and terms within lending limits.
Overall responsibility for risk management, staff development, and sales management of the team.
Manage a staff of relationship managers.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or four years relevant experience
Ten year's commercial lending experience
Previous sales management experience
Knowledge of banking credit principals
Excellent verbal communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Relationship Management skills
Preferred
MBA Preferred
Applied knowledge of Bank policies and procedures
Proven track record of sales achievement
