Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall product strategy for the assign product group, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
Lead and mentor a team of product owners, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles and grow professionally.
Partner with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and commercially successful product launches.
Conduct and/or support market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, integrating these insights into product roadmaps.
Own the long-term product roadmap, making decisions on product prioritization, timelines, and tying to customer demand and commercial value. Partner with engineering on resource allocation.
Manage expectations with stakeholders across the business, including executive leadership, and communicate product vision, plans, and progress to the entire Company.
Leverage analytics, tools, and customer feedback to make informed decisions on prioritizing product enhancements, optimizations, and new features, including the responsibility to decline, defer, or stop work altogether.
Provide appropriate support to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure that your assigned product group meets commercial targets, including ARR, bookings, and retention objectives.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of products from concept to launch to post-launch optimizations, ensuring continuous improvement and iteration.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure that product launches and ongoing operations run smoothly.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Prior experience in the aviation market, ideally within the reliability, troubleshooting, or maintenance space, with a strong understanding of specific customer needs and regulatory environments.
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years leading teams of product managers or multiple product lines.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing product teams.
A strong customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of user experience, customer journeys, and pain points.
Strong technical understanding of software development processes, enabling collaboration with engineering teams.
Knowledge of pricing and packaging strategies, revenue forecasting, modeling, and budgeting to ensure products have long term financial targets that can be achieved.
Expertise in data analysis, market research, and KPIs to drive product decisions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple products and initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both within the Company and with customers.
Ability to quickly identify problems, think strategically, and develop actionable solutions.
Preferred
MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and driving Agile transformation within product teams.
Proven success in managing products that serve global markets, including localization strategies, culture differences in buying and decision making, and understanding different international standards (e.g. FAA, EASA).
A demonstrated ability to drive innovative product solutions that have a significant business impact and delight customers.
