Responsibilities

Identify the total Organic Search traffic and revenue opportunity for one of Chewy’s core business units. Create a strategy and set goals to capture that opportunity in partnership with teams across Category Management, Site Experience, Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering.

Communicate your strategy, goals, and progress to goals in a written format to senior leaders and internal stakeholders.

Conduct in-depth analyses of search engine data from first-party and third-party data sources (e.g., SEO traffic data, rankings data, Search Console data, etc.) and partner with software engineers to build new internal tools to procure data when it’s not available from an existing source.

Conduct experiments to test hypotheses you develop through data analysis; analyze and share experiment results.

Provide guidance to Category Managers, Site Merchandisers, vendor partners, and Product Managers to build SEO requirements into their workflows and processes.

Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and superior communication skills; be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in SEO preferred with other experience in Product Management, Finance, Category Management, Consulting, or Business Intelligence.
