Responsibilities

Develops an understanding of basic risk factors for application in daily work.

Manipulates census data and runs manual ratings for inforce customers on the U1000 business.

Provides timely and high-quality work to Underwriters, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

Applies time management skills to prioritize deadlines appropriately.

Builds strong relationships and partners with Underwriters.

Works well independently but also has strong skills working in a team environment.

Communicates effectively with internal/external stakeholders while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Participates in various ongoing projects allowing insight into other areas of the organization.

Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Meets or exceeds departmental quality standards.

Applies knowledge obtained from the role in increasingly more complex situations and continues to acquire more knowledge to apply in role.
