Responsibilities
Design and implement growth initiatives focused on driving user acquisition across the Northeast.
Conduct data analysis to evaluate the ROI of various growth initiatives, providing insights to optimize future strategies and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Forge strong relationships within local communities, including campuses and key organizations, to establish partnerships that enhance Claim’s visibility and drive brand awareness.
Find underpriced or emerging channels to reach new prospective users and tailor Claim’s messaging to resonate with those audiences.
Organize and execute in-person activations and events to engage potential users, generate buzz, and showcase the value of Claim in local communities.
Oversee and leverage Claim’s regional ambassadors, guiding them to promote the app effectively within their networks and drive user growth.

Required
At Least 1-2 Years Experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, growth marketing, venture capital, or operations at a fast-growing startup (former founders also welcome!).
Located in Boston or willing to relocate.
Resourceful and Quick Learner: Proven ability to learn fast and adapt.
Relationship Builder: Skilled at establishing and maintaining strong connections.
Strong Communicator: Able to represent Claim confidently in both written and in-person interactions.
Brand Enthusiast: Genuinely excited about Claim and eager to be a credible, energetic spokesperson in Boston and beyond.
