Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CGO to develop, prioritize, and execute a playbook for strategic growth initiatives across the marketing and sales functions in our portfolio companies
Oversee the annual planning process, including defining key growth goals, budgeting, and aligning resources to meet business objectives.
Work with the portfolio GTM teams to ensure best practice utilization of data quality, CRM and marketing automation systems.
Assist with analysis and optimization of portfolio companies’ marketing processes to improve campaign execution, performance tracking, and resource allocation.
Identify and implement best practices in marketing analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
Assist with design, implementation, and execution of the cross-selling strategy between partner platform companies, identifying synergies that create customer value and drive mutual growth.
Define and prioritize target accounts and customer segments for cross-sell initiatives based on data-driven insights, industries and market potential.
Oversee the creation of playbooks, product collateral, competitive positioning, and case studies that drive sales success.
Create structure to manage and track opportunities throughout the cross-sell process with KPI reporting.
Assist the Pine team with design and implementation of KPI dashboards to track marketing and sales performance, providing portfolio companies and Pine leadership with real-time insights into actionable growth metrics.
Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, sales enablement effectiveness, and ROI, presenting recommendations for improvements to the greater Pine community.
Conduct analysis of sales and marketing technology used by portfolio companies.
Assist with vendor relationships, evaluation of technology tools, and pricing negotiations.
Develop and manage best practice utilization of recommended tech stack for Pine GTM teams.

Required
5+ years of experience in a strategic marketing, operations, or sales enablement role, with experience supporting executive leadership in a high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proven track record in marketing operations, including experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of sales enablement best practices, including content development, training, and performance tracking.
High proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance optimization with experience in reporting to executive teams.
Exceptional project management skills, including experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, and a commitment to timeline and quality standards.
Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and familiarity with sales enablement platforms.
Experience working in SaaS or other technology-focused growth environments.
Change management skills, with a background in driving initiatives that align marketing and sales functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in executive communications and cross-functional presentations.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
